A Special Connection Foundation (ASCF) provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is partially funded by the State of Arizona.
Our goal is to provide exceptional care and specialized services that empower and encourage special needs individuals to reach their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives as independently as possible.
Every youth, teen, and adult are treated individually and equally as we provide the highest level of communication and education. We are committed to long-term relationships with everyone involved and encourage parent/guardian participation in the services we provide.
Our services are provided in both a center environment as well as in the home. We Provide Attendant Care, Day Treatment Training (Afterschool Program), Day Treatment Summer ( Summer Program), Habilitation, Housekeeping and Respite. Please see our Services Page for a more detailed description of all that we offer. Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies are facilitated by ASCF to meet your schedule and can be held at the center or in your home.
Our website is still a work in progress so please bear with us as we put on the finishing touches, however, at any point if you need to contact us or want to provide feedback on this website or our services, don't hesitate to Contact Us.
Donations are always accepted and greatly appreciated.

2012 Donations
If you don’t have a favorite Non-Profit please consider ASCF a center that works with Children, Teens and Adults. ASCF is in need of donations for the new Sensory Room for the center. Sensory Rooms help those with Intellectual Disabilities control their Sensory Diet by providing them a “safe haven” where then can find calm and return to working on ways to reach their fullest potential.
